As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year full of growth, innovation and community at Vehicle & Asset Solutions - and to share our heartfelt thanks with all our clients and partners who made it possible.

Here are three standout highlights from the year:

1. Launching a sector-leading motor finance oversight portal

In partnership with jaam automation, we launched a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered motor finance oversight portal, designed to transform dealer and broker compliance reviews with streamlined, scalable and regulator-aligned oversight.

2. Bringing the industry together at the VAS Client Forum 2025

Our annual Client Forum was a resounding success - with 60+ delegates from 22 organisations sharing insights, inspiration (including from Olympic medallist Jazz Carlin) and meaningful collaboration.

3. Growing our Field Auditor Team by 10%

We expanded our Field Auditor Team, bringing our number of auditors out in the field to 147, strengthening our ability to support clients with high-quality audits and asset inspections throughout the UK and Ireland.

One final update for 2025: Vehicle & Asset Solutions is evolving

In the New Year, we’ll be adopting a new name - Auxiga - as part of a phased rebrand aligned with our parent company. Nothing else is changing: same people, same great service, same commitment to excellence - just a fresh name and unified presence.
