VAS Client Forum 2025 – A Day of Insight, Connection and Collaboration

The annual VAS Client Forum once again proved to be a highlight of the year, bringing together delegates from across the vehicle and asset finance industry.

The annual Vehicle & Asset Solutions (VAS) Client Forum once again proved to be a highlight of the year, bringing together delegates from across the vehicle and asset finance industry. With over 60 attendees representing 22 client organisations, partners, guest speakers and the VAS home team, the day was both informative and inspiring.

Setting the tone with some inspiration

The forum opened in memorable style with Jazz Carlin, double Olympic silver medallist and World Champion swimmer, who shared her powerful story of resilience and mental fortitude. Her insights into performance, adaptability and mindset resonated strongly with the audience and set the perfect tone for the day.

An agenda packed with relevant updates

The sessions that followed covered a broad mix of industry and VAS-led updates, including:

  • VAS update – sharing recent innovations and plans for the future
  • Market insight session – with expert input from Grant West, Commercial Director
  • Technology focus – covering latest tech developments in SMART, including new DVLA API feed

Each session offered discussion, questions and practical takeaways – ensuring delegates left with fresh perspectives to take back to their businesses.

Networking - with a difference

After a day of learning and collaboration, 48 delegates came along to the evening social and networking event at Clays Moorgate. With refreshments and digital target shooting, it was a chance to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere, strengthen relationships and enjoy some healthy competition.

Looking ahead

The 2025 VAS Client Forum once again demonstrated the value of bringing together industry peers to share insights, ideas and best practice.

As part of our continued evolution, we were proud to share that Vehicle & Asset Solutions (VAS) will now go through a phased rebrand to the Auxiga name, aligning fully with our parent company.

This rebrand marks the next step in creating a consistent, unified presence across all markets where Auxiga operates. While the name is changing, our people, expertise and commitment remain exactly the same. Clients can expect the same trusted service and innovative approach that they currently enjoy, backed by the strength of an established European brand. This alignment allows us to bring greater clarity, consistency and collaboration across regions, reinforcing our role as a partner dedicated to protecting your assets and supporting your future.

Huge thanks to all who joined us in making the day a success and look forward to welcoming you back next year.

Is Agentic AI a good fit for your team?

For one of our sessions on the day Murph from jaam automation presented alongside Grant West on our new AI-powered oversight portal and shared insights on the evolving AI landscape.

From the discussions held during the event, Murph believes there are many practical opportunities to enhance efficiency in our industry through the use of agentic AI in process automation. To explore this further, Murph is inviting VAS Client Forum attendees to book a short one-to-one discussion to identify where AI could add value in your role or team.
